Title: Behind the Shadow; hide and seek

The collection is rooted in the idea that animal camouflage, also called crypsis, embodies human relationships. New relationships bring connections but also encompass many intricacies. Thinking about how much to reveal the “Self” within a relationship can be the major exertion. I tend to make my own boundaries. If not, it may be the unconscious behavior to disguise oneself from others. Naturally adapted to defend and protect from others. The idea that perhaps people may also disguise themselves through cryptic colorations drew me to the inspirations for this collection.
