Edmund Green Langdell is the founder of Becoming, a transgender health and wellness community. His work centers human and environmental wellbeing through sustainable and equitable design and education. As part of Becoming, he designed personal protective equipment for the Callen Lorde/Housing Works shelter/health clinic. He worked as a Peer Health Advocate at The New School for four years, where he founded Gender Venting, a group for transgender students which won Outstanding Student Program of the Year in 2018. He worked as a Design Assistant at The Phluid Project, and interned at Occhii. He was the costume designer for Passing, a dance performance put on by SafeArt. He aims to work for a fashion brand in New York City that prioritizes diversity and sustainability.
